Tatenda Shoko is an International Development professional with over 10 years of experience spread across Education, Health and Food Security.
She is currently the portfolio manager in WFP Kenya’s Innovation Unit, overseeing the delivery of the unit’s innovative solutions across the country and supporting the implementation of innovative financing initiatives. Prior to joining the World Food Program, she led the Innovations team at One Acre Fund - Rwanda, where she was responsible for designing and testing changes to the organization’s smallholder farmer finance products.
She is passionate about finding unconventional solutions to problems that affect people’s livelihoods.
She holds a degree in Applied Physics from Yale University.
