Pauline Ndonga

Senior Program Manager

Pauline's career journey has revolved around creating and facilitating enabling and enjoyable learning environments. Her journey began in AIESEC where she served in her home country Kenya and Egypt as the Human Resource lead. This experience led her to the private sector, working in various departments within Human Resources in Malaysia and the U.K. Returning home, she went into community development, managing a corporate foundation's youth development program that gave access to school and mentorship to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Mastering her intrapreneurial skills, she championed an inclusion agenda by incorporating youth living with disabilities to the program.

After years of supporting social impact work within the private sector Pauline joined the Amani Institute where she manages the Post-Graduate Certificate in Social Innovation Management amongst others.

Pauline holds an MA in International Education & Development from the University of Sussex (UK) and a BEd in Business Studies and Economics from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (Nairobi). When she is not at work, she enjoys road trips, long walks, dancing, hearty debates and cooking.
