A Kenyan-born Mozambican, Faustina Ningá has had the privilege of working for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and SME-support companies for the past 8 years. She holds a BA in communication and a minor in Marketing.
A graduate of the Amani Leadership and Management for Impact program, Faustina has volunteer experience working in an SME program for the Kenya Association of Manufacturing, supporting SMEs in energy management, growth, and in-house capacity building programs.
Although yet to travel outside East Africa, she feels she can fit in anywhere - except Antarctica. Her vision joining the Social Innovation Management program is to be a changemaker in supporting SMEs and young people to widen their horizons and seek out opportunities that may seem unreachable.
