She’s an Award-winning Communications Specialist with more than 10 years of experience in diverse storytelling fields and was an Advisory Council Member at the Women Economic Forum 2017.
A Journalist by training and natural Entrepreneur since age 11, she embraces the business of storytelling for global and social impact through gender equity.
Ayuma is an Award-winning Storyteller at the 2021 African Union & Plan International Youth Storytelling Competition where her story was used as case study to inform the Agenda 2040 policy for African children.
She is an international voice-over artist lending her voice to global storytelling campaigns that positively impact BIPOC communities and African women.
In 2022, she was appointed by iconic global businesswoman, Gina Din, as CEO and Director of Story at Daughters of Africa, a digital storytelling platform for African women leaders.
Ayuma has inspired audiences of +1000 as a TEDx Speaker and The Moth Storyteller. Scripted 36 educative African animation stories about finance, health, farming, and SDGs alongside talented creatives who've served Disney and Pixar.
She also hosts women meet-ups and virtual safe spaces for +2000 Progressive Women to find their voices, pursue their purposes and thrive.
