Earlier in the year, we set out to find 10 Small and Growing Businesses that were keen on developing talent for growth. These organizations would receive 50 percent Leadership for Growth Program scholarships as part of our 10th anniversary celebrations. We have now closed the scholarships and will share more details on the recipients as they commence their Leadership for Growth program journey later this month.

Leadership for Growth is a practical and experiential program designed to equip mid to senior level managers with mindsets and skills that will elevate their leadership capacity and support their team’s and organization’s growth.
