Andy is a Russian and Geography graduate who has since worked for large and small consultancies in the private and public sectors, played international sport and worked as a coach and leadership development consultant. In recent years he’s also had the opportunity to work briefly in social innovation projects and is currently doing a masters in Humanitarian Psychosocial Consultation. He comes to Kenya to learn from others and hopefully find ways in which he can use his experience to deliver social benefits in an innovative and measurable way. Outside work Andy loves coaching, sport, reading and painting. He loves learning new languages and is looking forward to learning some Swahili! After graduating from Amani Institute Andy has been hired as the COO with Access Afya, his former apprenticeship host organization in Nairobi.
