This award-winning leadership program provides an innovative and highly effective leadership development solution that creates value for Small and Growing Businesses (SGBs), leading to improved business results.
Your managers will gain essential business and leadership skills from our highly interactive, hands-on curriculum designed to ensure transfer of their new skills to their day-to-day job. They will also learn from peers in other organizations, generating new knowledge while enhancing their collaboration skills.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
1
5 CORE CLASSROOM MODULES OVER 6 MONTHS

The classroom modules take place on two days monthly over the course period. They cover essential managerial skills: strategy, innovation, motivating teams, problem-solving, coaching etc.

A BUSINESS INNOVATION PROJECT

Participants will work on an innovation or business improvement project which they will implement in their organizations and present at the end of the program.

A PERSONAL LEADERSHIP PRACTICE

This is a self-identified growth area, which the manager will work on further improving during and after the program.

PEER LEARNING

Throughout the program, participants will learn from peers in other organizations, sharing insights and best practices across functions and verticals.

Leadership for Growth is a nomination based program, meaning that participants are accepted based on their line manager’s recommendation and support. Nominations are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we recommend that you complete the process early.
