Andrea is a Brazilian with a passion for challenges who believes that education can transform the world.
Over the last ten years, she has dedicated herself to find innovative ways to improve adult learning. Her specialty, until then, was structuring learning methods for technical content. She designed training for doctors, medical students, factory machine operators, bus drivers, multinational trainees, cooks, real estate brokers, etc., for companies such as ABInbev, Unilever, JCA, FIFA, Medcel, and Afya.
Grateful for all she learned from these experiences but closely aligned with her values, she recently resigned from her corporate career to dive into the social sector. Andrea always has a smile on her face and a book within reach. Joining Amani Institute's Social Innovation Management program, she wants to connect with people interested in giving more dignity and voice to those who often are forgotten by society.
