Unlocking Potential and Well-being

Amalia has always been curious and triggered to understand social inequalities existing in her surroundings. She loves asking whys and finding creative uses for unused resources. She believes the socio-economic system is changing and she wants to be part of this green and social movement. After working as a social innovation consultant for La Nave Madrid, a public-private partnership providing space promoting tech and innovation events with a social focus she is now in transition into the health and psychology space. She is currently studying emotional nutrition and conscious eating and is a certified systemic therapy facilitator. Her goal is to hold space for people's transformation processes to support their well-being and unlock their potential.

With business as her technical background and music and nature as her best allies, her experience is mainly in the startup world, in positions such as project management, communication and how to best use the digital world to reach your audience. She has previously worked in Startup Europe, an initiative of the European Commission to promote and stimulate startup-friendly ecosystems. Areas she has been interested in range from reuse and waste management to culture development within a company to promote wellbeing. growth and motivation of employees.
